The thefamoso service is proprietary software. This page describes the terms under which the software is licensed to you as a subscriber, and lists the open-source components it relies upon.
1. Proprietary License

Subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee and compliance with the Terms of Service, thefamoso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the thefamoso web application and API solely for your own personal productivity purposes during the subscription term.
This licence does not include the right to:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software;
- redistribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the software;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the software;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by thefamoso.
