Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with thefamoso. If you have any issues with your subscription, please contact us at thefamoso.app@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve them.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page inside your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. You will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at thefamoso.app@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge date, including:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We do not issue automatic rejections. Every request is reviewed manually and we aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. Circumstances We Consider
We will consider refunds in the following situations:
- You were charged in error or experienced a technical issue
- You did not use the service and contact us within 7 days of your first charge
- You are located in the EU and request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase under the consumer right of withdrawal, provided the service has not been used
- Any other circumstance we determine to be reasonable and fair
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
